General Options for the Compact Airlock Sieve™
Increasing its performance further, every aspect of the Airlock sieve has been evaluated for optimum cleaning to meet all industry standards and to ensure you are able to meet your own quality control standards. It can be supplied with various finishes and a discharge outlet is also optional to provide continuous removal of oversized contamination from your product. Cleaning downtime can be minimized with the inclusion of the 'Wet In Place’ spray ball system, designed to wet toxic powders before strip down.
The Airlock Sieve can be supplied with a Russell Finex Documentation pack, saving time in gaining FDA approval for your processes and equipment.
Model Options
The Airlock Airswept is fully enclosed for pneumatically conveying and check-screening in one dust-tight operation.
