We are much more than just a company manufacturing and selling sieves and filters. We are comprised of a team of skilled departments, catering for each individual step in designing, developing, testing, manufacturing and quality assuring machine solutions for all your sieving and filtration requirements.
Sales offices
In many cases your first point of contact will be a sales engineer or representative from one of our Sales Departments. We have three main sales subsidiaries, each containing well-developed support teams and serving a network of knowledgeable and helpful sales representatives and agents to ensure you receive the most effective communication and help possible, wherever you are in the world:
We understand how important effective communication is and therefore we aim to provide you with the assistance you require to resolve the challenges that can arise in the processing industry. We invest considerable amounts of resource into the training and development of our sales network, keeping up to date with latest industry news, and applications and product development programs. We know how important it is to listen to our customers and we have set up comprehensive communication feedback systems to make sure your voice is heard right the way through to our development teams, ensuring our services continue to meet your needs.
Research and development
Our Corporate Head Office in London is the epicenter of innovation and design, home to our research and development center. As well as being composed of both highly skilled mechanical and electrical engineers, Russell Finex continues to invest in state of the art equipment. This, along with full support from our various engineering departments, ensures Russell Finex are able to remain industry leaders in innovation.
We also know that understanding the industry and the problems and challenges faced by companies is imperative to ensure new product development programs are aligned with industry requirements. Russell Finex achieve this by coupling vast amounts of industry knowledge with listening and working closely with customers and industry bodies.
Engineering
Russell Finex maintain a customer oriented business with innovation and design at its core. This requires a focus on high quality, precision engineering that is reflected in all Russell Finex equipment. We build all our equipment to the highest standards in our ISO 9001: 2000 accredited manufacturing facilities with the most up to date manufacturing methods. We possess the Bd5500 certificate, allowing us to manufacture pressure vessels. We are also certified to manufacture equipment which complies with the ATEX directives for zones 0, 1, 20 and 21.
Design and quality
Our design and quality departments are fundamental to our winning strategy. These dedicated teams ensure communication to the manufacturing unit is correct. This ensures we deliver exactly what you ordered and helps us meet and hopefully exceed your expectations.
