I am logging in for the first time
The system is designed to be as simple as possible. Simple click on the link before the main login section which will take you to a registration form. Shortly after submitting the form you will receive an email with your automatically generated password. When logging in for the first time, you will then be given the option to change your password to something more memorable.
I have forgotten my password
Simply click on the link under the login section to have it reset. You will be asked to provide your email address. This must be the address that you have provided Russell Finex. As long as all the information matches the details stored in the Resource Center, a new password will be sent to you. When logging in with the new password, you will then be given the option to change your password to something more memorable.
I want to change my password
Once logged in you can change your password by clicking the change password link on the welcome page of the Resource Center.
I can't see my resources
One of the main functions of the Resource Center is to provide you with everything you need to know about the products that you have purchased from Russell Finex. In some cases, you may have requested specific documentation with your equipment (quality documentation packages, as-built drawings, manuals etc) and these should be available to you. If you are unable to view certain product information then please submit a 'website inquiry form' or contact your local sales office, providing the serial number of the equipment and a list of the documents required.
