Sieve Options
General options
We know that one standard machine is hardly ever suitable to the unique and challenging requirements of our customers. That is why for most of our machine models, you have several different options available. Apart from the options listed below, we often tailor our machines to suit complex and unique specifications, so Contact Us to see if we can help.
Material - We use only the highest quality stainless steel available to construct our machines.
It is available in 304 grade, 316 grade and 316L grade, depending on your specifications.
Finishes - We offer a variety of different finishes, so you can select what is appropriate for your application.
We can paint machines using a hard wearing paint or food safe paint.
Our stainless steel is hand-finished and is available bead-blasted, brush-polished, electro-polished, or mirror-polished.
ATEX - Our sieves are available fully ATEX certified. This makes them safe to use in potentially explosive gaseous or dusty environments, including zones 20, 21, 22, 0, 1, and 2. Russell Finex are the first sieving and filtration manufacturer able to offer this on their equipment range.
Accessories
We also offer a wide range of accessories to help your machines run more smoothly.
Our Vibrasonic® Deblinding System uses ultrasonic frequency to eliminate mesh blinding and blocking. The frequency breaks down surface tension, making the stainless steel wires friction free and preventing particles that are slightly greater and smaller than the mesh from blinding or blocking it.
The Russell Screen Changer allows mesh screens to be changed quickly and easily without the need for manual lifting or additional tools. The unit can be used with most round separators from 48" to 60" diameter from almost any manufacturer.
The Clamp Assist is a simple tool for tightening sieve clamps. It is ideal for use with Compact Sieve toggle clamps and underclamps as well as toggle clamps for the Finex range of sieves. The Clamp Assist ensures your operators set sieve clamps to the correct force, maximizing the life of your equipment and lowering your running costs.
