Microscreens and More for your Filter
Russell Finex have made substantial investments in stockholding of spare parts for our range of self-cleaning filters.
Microscreens
The microscreen is one of the most important components of your filter. If it becomes damaged or worn through normal operation, it is important to replace it immediately.
We offer a wide range of microscreens:
- Wedgewire - A wedgewire microscreen increases your filtration capacity and offers longer screen life due to its robust design. Available from 15 to 3000 microns.
- Defined Hole - The unique Russell defined hole microscreen provides more accurate filtration than other screens. It is the reliable choice when product quality must be beyond criticism. Available from 60 to 5000 microns.
- Slotted Hole. Made from nickel, slotted hole microscreens are suitable for applications involving very small particle sizes. Available from 10 to 40 microns.
Supported screens - for high pressure applications
Hardened screens - for high temperature or high wear applications
Operational spare parts
These parts are absolutely necessary for the efficient running of your filter. If you are experiencing problems with any of the following parts, contact us immediately so we can expedite a replacement part to you:
